A brilliant finale to the FOCUS: CLARA, ROBERT, JOHANNES Festival: soloists James Ehnes and Nicolas Altstaedt team up for the first time in Brahms’s Double Concerto, Isata Kanneh-Mason performs Clara Schumann’s Piano Concerto and two brand new orchestrations of Clara’s songs are given their world premieres.

Robert Schumann’s 3rd Symphony and Clara Schumann’s songs, interpreted by Alex Hetherington and Liz Upchurch round out the program.
